Île Marc is one of the Canadian arctic islands in Nunavut, Canada. It lies in the Boyer Strait, south of Massey Island, and north-west of Alexander Island.

"Ile Marc" is named to honour Marc Boyer who served as deputy-minister of the federal department of Mines & Technical Surveys from 1950 until his premature death in 1962.

Île Marc ist eine unbewohnte Insel im Territorium Nunavut in Kanada. Sie gehört zur Bathurst-Island-Gruppe der Königin-Elisabeth-Inseln im Nordpolarmeer. Von der nördlich benachbarten Insel Massey Island ist sie wenig mehr als einen Kilometer entfernt, von Alexander Island im Osten etwa 5,5 Kilometer. Ihre Fläche beträgt 56 km².[1]
