The Pasur River is a river in southwestern Bangladesh and a distributary of the Ganges. It continues the Rupsa River. All its distributaries are tidal.[1] It meets the Shibsa River within the Sundarbans, and near to the sea the river becomes the Kunga River.[2] It is the deepest river in Bangladesh.

Der Pasur ist ein Fluss im Südwesten Bangladeschs und ein indirekter Mündungsarm des Ganges.[1] Er geht in den Fluss Rupsa über. Alle seine Mündungsarme sind gezeitenabhängig. Er trifft in den Sundarbans auf den Fluss Shibsa, und in der Nähe des Meeres wird der Fluss zum Kunga. Es ist der tiefste Fluss in Bangladesch.[2]

Il Pusur, noto anche come Pussur o Pasur, è un effluente del Padma (Gange) che scorre attraverso il Bangladesh sud-occidentale. Lascia il Madhumati (noto nella regione come Baleswar) a nord-est della città di Khulna e scorre per circa 177 km verso sud, attraversando il porto di Mongla e la regione paludosa delle Sundarbans, fino al golfo del Bengala. Nel suo corso superiore viene chiamato Atharabanki.
