This is a list of lakes in Slovenia. In Slovenia, there are 321 bodies of water classified as lakes, which includes intermittent lakes and artificial reservoirs. Most of the lakes in the country have glacial origin and many are intermittent because of the Karst surface. The largest glacial lakes are Lake Bled (147 ha) and Lake Bohinj (318 ha), and the largest intermittent lake is Lake Cerknica (2500 ha when completely filled). The deepest lake is the Wild Lake, reaching a depth of over 160 metres (520 ft), followed by Lake Družmir with the maximum depth of 87 metres (285 ft).

In Slovenia sono presenti 321 bacini idrici che possono essere classificati come laghi, sia tra i laghi glaciali che tra quelli stagionali. La maggioranza dei laghi del paese hanno origine glaciale, molti dei quali scompaiono nel periodo estivo. I laghi glaciali più grandi sono il lago di Bohinj (318 ettari) ed il lago di Bled (147 ettari), mentre il lago stagionale più grande è il lago di Circonio che raggiunge una superficie di 2500 ettari. Il lago più profondo è il lago Selvaggio situato nella città di Idria con 160 metri di profondità, seguito dal lago di Družmir che raggiunge gli 87 metri.
