Die Kili-Insel (Kúle) ist ein 0,93 km² großes gehobenes Atoll, das zu den Marshallinseln gehört und in der Ralik-Kette liegt. Kili ist eine der kleinsten Inseln der Marshallinseln. Auf der Insel leben 548 Menschen (Stand: 2011).

Der britische Kapitän Thomas Bennet vom britischen Schiff Britannia sichtete das Atoll 1797 auf dem Weg von Australien nach China und nannte es Hunter Island (deutsch: Hunterinsel).[1]

Die Insel hat nur wenig Kontakt zur Außenwelt, da die Schiffsverbindung für vier Monate im Jahr wegen der rauen See unterbrochen ist. In dieser Zeit wird die Insel nur im Notfall per Hubschrauber angeflogen.

Hauptanbauprodukt auf Kili ist Kopra.

Am 2. November 1948 wurde die Bevölkerung des Bikini-Atolls auf Grund von dortigen Kernwaffentests des amerikanischen Militärs auf die Kili-Insel umgesiedelt.

Kili Island or Kili Atoll (Marshallese: Kōle, [kɤlʲe][1]) is a small, 81 hectares (200 acres) (0.93 square kilometers (0.36 sq mi)) island located in the Marshall Islands in the Pacific Ocean. It is the temporary home of 548 inhabitants who are descended from islanders who originally lived on Bikini Atoll. They were relocated when they agreed to let the U.S. government temporarily use their home for nuclear testing in 1945. Kili Island became their home after two prior relocations failed. The island does not have a natural lagoon and cannot produce enough food to enable the islanders to be self-sufficient. It is part of the legislative district of the Ralik Chain of the Marshall Islands. The island is approximately 48 kilometers (30 mi) southwest of Jaluit. It is one of the smallest islands in the Marshall Islands.

El principal producto agrícola es la copra. Por el acuerdo entre Estados Unidos y las Islas Marshall, la población recibe una ayuda de unos 15 dólares al año per cápita. Dispone de una escuela primaria con unos 150 alumnos.
