Die zum US-Bundesstaat Alaska zählende, unbewohnte Insel hat eine Landfläche von 207,3 km², ist 21 km lang und etwa 13 km breit. Im Westen befindet sich mit dem Vulkan Pyre Peak (auch Seguam-Vulkan genannt) (1054 m) der höchste Punkt der Insel. Im Osten der Insel liegen noch zwei kleinere Vulkankegel.

Seguam Island (Aleut: Saĝuugamax;[1] Russian: Остров Сигуам) is a small volcanic island in the Andreanof Islands group in the Aleutian Islands of Alaska. The island is mountainous and oval shaped with a land area of 80.04 square miles (207.3 km2). It is 16 miles (26 km) long and 6.8 miles (10.9 km) wide.
