The Monti Prenestini is a mountain range in the Lazio sub-Apennines, in central Italy to the east of Rome. It is of limestone formation. It is bounded by the Monti Tiburtini to the north, by the Monti Ruffi to the east, and by the valley of the river Sacco to the south. The highest peak is Monte Guadagnolo (1,218 m), in the comune of Capranica Prenestina.

Les monts Prénestiens sont un massif montagneux italien faisant partie de la chaîne des Apennins au sud-est de Rome. Ils sont orientés dans un axe nord-sud et sont séparés des monts Lucrétiliens et des monts Tiburtins au nord par le fossé d'Empiglione, des monts Ruffiens au nord-est par la rivière Fiumicino, et au sud par la rivière Sacco. Ils couvrent les communes de Palestrina, Capranica Prenestina, Castel San Pietro Romano, Poli, Rocca di Cave, et Ciciliano.

I Monti Prenestini sono una breve catena montuosa di origine calcarea appartenente al subappennino laziale, in provincia di Roma, a sud-est della capitale. Compresi tra i Monti Tiburtini (a nord), da cui sono separati dal fosso d'Empiglione, i monti Ruffi (a nord-est), da cui sono separati dal torrente Fiumicino, dalla cosiddetta "soglia di Palestrina" e dalla valle del Sacco (a sud), dall'agro Tiburtino e dai Colli Albani (a ovest), separati dalla Val Latina, nella quale passano la Via Casilina e l'autostrada A1 (tronco Roma-Napoli), prendono il nome dalla via Prenestina che da Roma raggiunge Palestrina.
