Die Gollach (im ostfränkischen Dialekt „Golch“) ist ein rechter Nebenfluss der Tauber in Mittel- und Unterfranken. Sie durchfließt, vom Rand des Steigerwalds kommend, als zentrales Fließgewässer in einer weiten Talkerbe die fruchtbare ackerbaulich geprägte Landschaft Gollachgau von Ost nach West.
