Monte Terza Grande (2,586 m) is a mountain of the Carnic Alps in Belluno, Veneto in north-eastern Italy. It is the highest mountain of the Southern Carnics and is part of a small Dolomitic group known as the "Dolomiti Pesarine". It resembles a pyramid from the north and south and a rocky massif from the east or west, and boasts a northwest face that is one kilometre high.[2] It was first climbed in 1820.

Il Monte Terza Grande, con i suoi 2586 metri sul livello del mare, è la settima fra le più alte cime delle Alpi Carniche, dopo Coglians, Creta delle Chianevate, Peralba, Cavallino, Cima Vanscuro e Palombino, appartenente al gruppo delle Dolomiti Pesarine, al quale appartengono anche i sottogruppi del Clap e del Siera-Creta Foràta, ergendosi tra i comuni di Santo Stefano di Cadore, Sappada e Vigo di Cadore, tra il Comelico, l'Oltrepiave e la provincia di Udine.
