The Fineilspitze (Italian: Punta di Finale) is a peak in the Schnalskamm group of the Ötztal Alps on the border between Tyrol, Austria, and South Tyrol, Italy. It is known for being the discovery site of Otzi.

Die Fineilspitze (auch Finailspitze geschrieben) ist ein Berg im Schnalskamm der Ötztaler Alpen auf der Grenze zwischen dem österreichischen Bundesland Tirol und der italienischen Provinz Südtirol. Der Berg weist eine Höhe von 3514 m ü. A.[1], oder, nach älteren Angaben, von 3516 m auf.[2] Er sendet nach Nordosten und Südwesten ausgeprägte Grate. Zuerst bestiegen wurde die Spitze am 8. September 1865 durch den Pfarrer Franz Senn mit den Bergführern Cyprian Granbichler und Josef Gstrein über den Nordostgrat von Vent aus.- [en] Fineilspitze
