The Machakhelistsqali or Machakhlitskal (Georgian: მაჭახელისწყალი, Mač’axelisc’q’ali; Turkish: Maçahel Suyu) is a river that flows from the Artvin Province in Turkey to Adjara autonomous republic of Georgia. It is a right tributary of the Çoruh (Chorokhi).
