The Herbissonne is a small stream in the Aube department in the Grand Est region of north-eastern France. It is 14.4 km (8.9 mi) long.[1] It flows into the river Aube near Champigny-sur-Aube.

Geography

The Herbissonne starts in the village of Villiers-Herbisse and flows into the river Aube after crossing the villages of Herbisse, Allibaudières and finally Champigny-sur-Aube.

Die Herbissonne ist ein Fluss in Frankreich, der in der Region Grand Est (früher Champagne-Ardenne) verläuft. Sie entspringt im Ortsgebiet von Villiers-Herbisse im Département Aube, fließt in vorwiegend südlicher Richtung durch die Trockene Champagne (frz: Champagne sèche oder Champagne crayeuse) und mündet nach rund 14 Kilometern im Gemeindegebiet von Champigny-sur-Aube als rechter Nebenfluss in die Aube. Die Herbissonne hat keine größeren Zuflüsse.
