Der Aitzenbach[3] ist ein etwa 4 km langer rechter und südlicher Zufluss der Usa. Er entspringt auf Ober-Mörler Gebiet im Taunus Quellmulden am Nordhang des Winterstein-Taunuskamms unterhalb des Wintersteingipfels. Die einzelnen Quellbäche fließen im Wald nach Nordosten ab, die letzten etwa 2 km vereint, die letzten etwa anderthalb Kilometer durch Wiesen. Südlich des Ober-Mörler Ortsteils Maiberg liegt bei Fluss-km 13,6 die Mündung in die Usa.
