Mount Joan is a mountain located on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. It is the highest of the peaks in the Beaufort Range that runs between Courtenay and Port Alberni in British Columbia. The Beaufort Range is one of the Vancouver Island Ranges[1]

Der Mount Joan ist ein Berg auf Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Er liegt etwa 20 km nordwestlich von Port Alberni und ist mit 1556 m[1] der höchste der Gipfel des Beaufort Range, eine Gebirgskette die zwischen Courtenay und Port Alberni verläuft. Die Beaufort Range ist wiederum Teil der Vancouver Island Ranges. Der Berg wurde nach Joan Moorehead,[2] der nahegelegene Mount Hal nach ihrem Bruder benannt.[3]
