The Latemar is a mountain in the Dolomites on the border between South Tyrol and Trentino, Italy. It is a popular hiking destination. It is best known for its view from the Karersee lake.[2]

Der Latemar ist ein Gebirgsstock der italienischen Dolomiten zwischen Südtirol und dem Trentino. Es handelt sich um eines der kleinsten und touristisch am wenigsten erschlossenen Massive dieser Gebirgsgruppe. Die höchste Erhebung des Latemar ist der 2842 m s.l.m. hohe Diamantiditurm.

Le Latemar est un chaînon montagneux situé à la frontière entre le Sud-Tyrol et le Trentin, en Italie. Son point culminant s'élève à 2 846 m d'altitude. Selon l'AVE, la classification officiellement adoptée par le Club alpin allemand et le Club alpin autrichien pour le classement des Alpes orientales, le Latemar fait partie des Dolomites. Cependant, selon la SIOUSA, le chaînon fait partie des Alpes de Fiemme.
