Crilly Hill is the central of three ice-free hills at the north side of McGregor Glacier, 6 nautical miles (11 km) south-southwest of Mount Finley, in the Queen Maud Mountains. It was named by the Texas Tech Shackleton Glacier Expedition (1964–65) for Specialist 6th Class Clifford L. Crilly, a medic with the U.S. Army Aviation Detachment which supported the expedition.[1]

Der Crilly Hill ist der mittlere dreier eisfreier Hügel (die anderen sind der Keel Hill und der Simplicity Hill) in der antarktischen Ross Dependency. Im Königin-Maud-Gebirge ragt er an der Nordflanke des McGregor-Gletschers in einer Entfernung von 10 km südsüdwestlich des Mount Finley auf.
