Mount Tilley ist ein rund 1900 m hoher Berg mit abgeflachtem und schneebedecktem Gipfel im Osten der westantarktischen Alexander-I.-Insel. Er ragt 11 km südlich des Mount Tyrrell und 5 km landeinwärts des George-VI-Sunds auf.

Erste Luftaufnahmen vom Berg entstanden 1936 bei der British Graham Land Expedition unter der Leitung des australischen Polarforschers John Rymill. Der Falklands Islands Dependencies Survey nahm 1948 eine Vermessung vor. Namensgeber ist der britische Mineraloge und Petrologe Cecil Edgar Tilley (1894–1974) von der University of Cambridge.

Mount Tilley (.mw-parser-output .geo-default,.mw-parser-output .geo-dms,.mw-parser-output .geo-dec{display:inline}.mw-parser-output .geo-nondefault,.mw-parser-output .geo-multi-punct{display:none}.mw-parser-output .longitude,.mw-parser-output .latitude{white-space:nowrap}69°45′S 69°29′W) is a flat-topped, ice-capped mountain, rising to about 1,900 m, lying about 7 nautical miles (13 km) south of Mount Tyrrell and 3 nautical miles (6 km) inland from George VI Sound in the east part of Alexander Island, Antarctica. Despite its height, it is best described as a foothill of the Douglas Range, from which it is separated by Toynbee Glacier. The mountain was first photographed from the air in 1936 by the British Graham Land Expedition. Surveyed in 1948 by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey and named by them for Cecil E. Tilley, professor of mineralogy and petrology at Cambridge University.
