Mount Cantello ist ein 1820 m hoher Berg im Norden des ostantarktischen Viktorialands. In den Bowers Mountains ragt er an der Nordflanke des Crawford-Gletschers in einer Entfernung von 6,5 km nordwestlich des Mount Keith auf.

Der United States Geological Survey kartierte ihn anhand eigener Vermessungen und mithilfe von Luftaufnahmen der United States Navy zwischen 1960 und 1965. Das Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names benannte ihn 1970 nach Dominic Cantello Jr. (1941–2014),[1] der 1965 auf der Amundsen-Scott-Südpolstation als Elektriker tätig war.

Mount Cantello (70°52′S 163°7′E) is a mountain, 1,820 metres (5,970 ft) high, on the north side of Crawford Glacier, 4 nautical miles (7 km) northwest of Mount Keith, in the Bowers Mountains, a major mountain range situated within Victoria Land, Antarctica. The topographical feature was first mapped by the United States Geological Survey from surveys and from U.S. Navy air photos, 1960–65, and named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names for Dominic Cantello, Jr., U.S. Navy, electrician with the South Pole Station party, 1965. The mountain lies situated on the Pennell Coast, a portion of Antarctica lying between Cape Williams and Cape Adare.[1]
