Der Lundström Knoll ist ein rund 1400 m hoher und felsiger Hügel im ostantarktischen Coatsland. In der Shackleton Range ragt nordöstlich der Chevreul-Kliffs im Pioneers Escarpment auf.

Luftaufnahmen entstanden 1967 durch die United States Navy, der British Antarctic Survey nahm zwischen 1968 und 1971 Vermessungen vor. Das UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee benannte ihn 1972 nach dem schwedischen Erfinder Johan Edvard Lundström (1815–1888), der 1855 das erste funktionstüchtige Sicherheitsstreichholz entwickelt hatte.

Lundström Knoll (.mw-parser-output .geo-default,.mw-parser-output .geo-dms,.mw-parser-output .geo-dec{display:inline}.mw-parser-output .geo-nondefault,.mw-parser-output .geo-multi-punct{display:none}.mw-parser-output .longitude,.mw-parser-output .latitude{white-space:nowrap}80°31′S 20°25′W) is a rock knoll rising to about 1,400 metres (4,600 ft) to the northeast of the Chevreul Cliffs in Pioneers Escarpment, Shackleton Range, Antarctica. It was photographed from the air by the U.S. Navy, 1967, and surveyed by the British Antarctic Survey, 1968–71. The knoll was named by the UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee in association with the names of pioneers of polar life and travel grouped in this area, after Johan E. Lundström, the Swedish inventor of the first true "strike-on-box safety match" in 1855.[1]
