Der Heke Peak ist ein 2175 m hoher Berg im ostantarktischen Viktorialand. In der Royal Society Range ragt er aus einem Gebirgskamm auf, der die Südwand des Mitchell-Gletschers an dessen Kopfende bildet.

Das New Zealand Geographic Board benannte ihn 1993 nach Randal Heke (* 1928), Vorarbeiter des Bautrupps, der 1957 die neuseeländische Scott Base auf der Ross-Insel errichtet hatte.[1]

Heke Peak (.mw-parser-output .geo-default,.mw-parser-output .geo-dms,.mw-parser-output .geo-dec{display:inline}.mw-parser-output .geo-nondefault,.mw-parser-output .geo-multi-punct{display:none}.mw-parser-output .longitude,.mw-parser-output .latitude{white-space:nowrap}77°58′36″S 162°52′42″E) is a peak 2,175 metres (7,140 ft) high on the ridge that forms the south wall of Mitchell Glacier near the glacier head, in the Royal Society Range of Victoria Land, Antarctica. It was named in 1993 by the New Zealand Geographic Board after Randal Heke, the foreman of the construction unit which built the New Zealand Scott Base in 1957. He remained in a supervisory role for the management of the buildings for many years until his retirement.[1]
