Kalamos (en grec : Κάλαμος / Kálamos), autrefois Karnos (Κάρνος / Kárnos), est une île ionienne montagneuse appartenant à la Grèce. Sa population est de 600 habitants environ, mais elle augmente fortement en été avec le tourisme.

En grec, Kalamos signifie roseau. Kalamos est rattachée à Leucade. Son code municipal est le 3603, et le point culminant atteint 225 mètres.

Les habitations sont surtout implantées autour du port, sur la côte Est, d'où un ferry assure une liaison régulière avec le port de Mýtikas sur le continent.

Les deux seuls villages de l'île sont Kalamos et Episkopi.

Kálamos (Greek: Κάλαμος, known in antiquity as Καρνος – Karnos) is a mountainous island and a former community in the Ionian Islands, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Lefkada, of which it is a municipal unit.[2] It lies east of Lefkada, near the Greek mainland. It has an wintering population of around 500 people, which is swelled substantially in the summer by tourists. The name Kalamos means reed in Greek and the presence of this plant along its coastline in the past may have given its name. Another version is that the island had several beaches with good sand (Kali Ammos in Greek) hence the name given. Its population was 496 at the 2011 census. The land area is 24.964 km2 (9.639 sq mi),[3] and its highest point is 754 m (2,474 ft) above sea level.

Tiene una superficie de 25 km² y su punto más alto es el monte Vouno, de 754 m sobre el nivel del mar. Los únicos dos pueblos en la isla son Kalamos y Episkopi.

Ка́ламос[1] (греч. Κάλαμος[2]) — горный остров в Ионическом море, в Греции, в составе Ионических островов. Входит в общину (дим) Лефкас в периферийной единице Лефкасе в периферии Ионических островах. Население 496 жителей по переписи 2011 года[3]. Площадь составляет 25,122 квадратного километра[2], протяженность береговой линии — 32 километра[4].
