Kopaitic Island is an island lying 0.6 kilometres (0.3 nmi) west of Cape Legoupil in the Duroch Islands, Antarctica. It was named in honor of 1° Lieutenant Boris Kopaitic O'Neill for the first Chilean Antarctic Expedition of 1947. The Commander of the Chilean Expedition at Greenwich Island.[1]

La Isla Kopaitic es una Isla del grupo de las Islas Duroch en la Antártica, situada a 600 metros al noroeste del Cabo Legoupil, en la Península Trinidad, en el extremo de la Península Antártica en coordenadas 63° 18' S , 57°54' O. Se encuentra próxima a la Base Antártica del Ejército de Chile.
