Grinda is an island located in the Stockholm archipelago, Sweden. It is located south of Ljusterö, east of Vaxholm and west of Svartsö and Möja.

Grinda is a popular island especially during summer, for campers, tourists and people travelling the Stockholm archipelago by boat. Most of the island is owned by the non-profit organisation Skärgårdsstiftelsen (Archipelago Foundation), whose purpose is keeping the island's nature and facilities in good condition for outside visitors. The island hosts a tavern, bar and grocery store, and is frequented daily during the summer season by the passenger ferries of Waxholmsbolaget.

Grinda ist eine Insel im Stockholmer Schärengarten in der Gemeinde Värmdö. Die Insel ist seit dem 16. Jahrhundert – anfangs von Bauern – besiedelt. Zu Beginn des 18. Jahrhunderts kam sie in Privatbesitz und war zwischenzeitlich auch im Besitz der Krone, konnte allerdings Anfang des 19. Jahrhunderts durch die dort lebenden Bauern wieder zurückgekauft werden.

Grinda est une île de l'archipel de Stockholm situé au nord de Värmdövägen et juste au sud Ljusterögatan. L'île est desservie à l'année par les sociétés Waxholmsbolaget et Cinderellabåtarna sur les quais nord et sud de l’île. L'île est l'une des destinations touristiques les plus populaires de l'archipel par sa proximité de Stockholm et Vaxholm et l'importance des liaisons maritimes. Grinda est gérée par la Fondation de l'archipel.
