Phanagoria Island (englisch; bulgarisch остров Фанагория ostrow Fanagorija) ist eine 700 m lange und 500 m breite Insel vor der Nordküste der Livingston-Insel im Archipel der Südlichen Shetlandinseln. Sie ist die drittgrößte der Zed Islands und liegt 2,1 km nordwestlich des Williams Point. Von Esperanto Island trennt sie eine 70 m breite, von Lesidren Island eine 130 m breite Passage.

Bulgarische Wissenschaftler kartierten sie 2009. Die bulgarische Kommission für Antarktische Geographische Namen benannte sie im selben Jahr nach Phanagoria, Hauptstadt des Großbulgarischen Reichs im 7. Jahrhundert.

Phanagoria Island (Bulgarian: остров Фанагория, romanized: ostrov Fanagoriya, IPA: [ˈɔstrof fɐnɐˈɡɔrijɐ]) is the third largest island in the Zed group off the north coast of Livingston Island in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica. The island is ice-free, extending 700 by 500 m (770 by 550 yd) with surface area 20 hectares (49 acres).[1] Separated from the neighbouring Esperanto Island and Lesidren Island by channels 70 and 130 m (77 and 142 yd) wide respectively. Situated 2.1 km (1.3 mi) northwest of Williams Point. The area was visited by early 19th century sealers.
