Die Miladinovi Islets (englisch; bulgarisch Миладинови острови Miladinowi ostrowi) sind eine Gruppe aus zwei kleinen Inseln im Archipel der Südlichen Shetlandinseln. In der Hero Bay der Livingston-Insel liegen sie 0,3 km südlich des Iratais Point von Desolation Island, von dem sie durch die Neck or Nothing Passage getrennt sind. Die größere von ihnen ist 500 m lang und 370 m breit, die andere 350 m lang und 200 m breit.

Die bulgarische Kommission für Antarktische Geographische Namen benannte sie 2006 nach den Brüdern Miladinow, Dimitar Miladinow (1810–1862) und Konstantin Miladinow (1830–1862), bulgarischen Dichtern und Folkloristen.

Miladinovi Islets (Miladinovi Ostrovi \mi-la-'di-no-vi 'o-stro-vi\) is a group of two small rocky islands, 500 by 370 m (550 by 400 yd) (surface area 11 hectares (27 acres)[1]), and 350 by 200 m (380 by 220 yd) respectively, situated 300 m (330 yd) south of Iratais Point on Desolation Island off the north coast of Livingston Island, Antarctica. The islands are separated from Desolation Island by Neck or Nothing Passage. The area was frequented by early nineteenth century English and American sealers operating from the adjacent Blythe Bay.
