Elobey Chico (veraltet Eloby) ist eine 19 ha große, heute unbewohnte Insel unmittelbar vor der Küste des westafrikanischen Staates Äquatorialguinea. Die Insel liegt nahe der Mündung des Flusses Muni, weniger als 1300 Meter nordöstlich der Insel Elobey Grande.

Elobey Chico war während der spanischen Kolonialherrschaft bewohnt und bildete faktisch die Hauptstadt der auf dem afrikanischen Festland gelegenen Kolonial-Provinz Rio Muni (heute Mbini).

Elobey Chico, or Little Elobey, is a small island off the coast of Equatorial Guinea, lying near the mouth of the Mitémélé River. The island is now uninhabited but was once the de facto colonial capital of the Spanish territory of Río Muni. Officially, the island was associated with Fernando Pó, but the connection seemed to be little more than fiction. The majority of the factories were owned by Hamburg Merchants.[1]

Малый Элобей (исп. Elobey Chico) — небольшой остров в Гвинейском заливе) Атлантического океана. Принадлежит Экваториальной Гвинее. Расположен около устья реки Митемеле, недалеко от границы с Габоном, примерно в 100 км к югу от города Бата. Сейчас остров необитаем, однако одно время был колониальной столицей Рио-Муни. Неподалёку от него располагается остров Большой Элобей.
