The Bowman Coast is the portion of the east coast of the Antarctic Peninsula between Cape Northrop and Cape Agassiz. It was discovered by Sir Hubert Wilkins in an aerial flight of December 20, 1928. It was named by Wilkins for Isaiah Bowman, then Director of the American Geographical Society.

In particolare, la costa di Bowman si estende nella parte orientale della penisola Antartica tra capo Northrop, a nordovest, e capo Agassiz, a sudest, confinando quindi a nordovest con la costa di Foyn e a sudest con la costa di Wilkins (quindi con la Terra di Palmer) e, davanti ad essa, si estende la piattaforma di ghiaccio Larsen.[1]
