Der Rivière Goodwood hat seinen Ursprung im Lac de la Frontière. Er fließt in überwiegend nördlicher Richtung und mündet 3,5 km unterhalb des Canyon Eaton in den Rivière Caniapiscau. Dabei durchfließt er mehrere Seen, die Flussverbreiterungen darstellen: Lac de la Frontière, Lac Harris, Lac Pailleraut und Lac du Canoë. Der Fluss hat eine Länge von etwa 90 km.[1]
