The Pulsnitz (German: [ˈpʊlznɪts]) or Połčnica (Sorbian) is a river in Saxony and Brandenburg, Germany. It is a left tributary of the Black Elster, which it joins in Elsterwerda. Other towns on the Pulsnitz are Pulsnitz, Königsbrück and Ortrand.
