Die Konstanzer Ach (allgäuerisch Aach) ist ein mit ihrem Oberlauf Jugetbach zusammen über 21 km langer Fluss im Landkreis Oberallgäu an der Südwestspitze Bayerns, der nach einem im Wesentlichen östlichen Lauf in Immenstadt im Allgäu von links in die obere Iller mündet. Das morphologisch sehr ausgeprägte Tal der Konstanzer Ach wird Konstanzer Tal genannt.
