Iron Creek is a stream in Alberta, Canada.[1] It is a tributary of the Battle River.

For the unincorporated community in the U.S. state of Michigan, see Iron Creek, Michigan.

Iron Creek received its name from the Cree Indians of the area, on account of an iron meteorite unearthed near its course.[2]
