The Clănița is a left tributary of the river Teleorman in Romania.[1][2] It discharges into the Teleorman in Măgura.[3] The following villages are situated along the river Clănița, from source to mouth: Scurtu Mare, Talpa-Ogrăzile, Gălăteni, Clănița, Frăsinet, Băbăița and Guruieni. Its length is 81 km (50 mi) and its basin size is 267 km2 (103 sq mi).[2]

Die Clănița ist ein linker Zufluss des Teleorman, eines linken Zuflusses der Vedea, die wiederum in die Donau mündet, in Rumänien im Kreis (Județ) Teleorman in der Großen Walachei. Seine (nicht ständig Wasser führende) Quelle liegt östlich von Izvoru im Kreis Argeș.
