Il Monte Dover (in lingua inglese: Mount Dover) è una montagna antartica, alta 1.645 m, che sormonta l'estremità sudorientale del Gale Ridge nel punto dove la dorsale va a toccare il Washington Escarpment, nel Neptune Range, che fa parte dei Monti Pensacola in Antartide.

Il monte è stato mappato dall'United States Geological Survey (USGS) sulla base di rilevazioni e foto aeree scattate dalla U.S. Navy nel periodo 1956-66.

La denominazione è stata assegnata dall'Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) in onore di James H. Dover, geologo del gruppo che conduceva studi nel Patuxent Range nel 1962-63.[1]

Mount Dover ist ein 1645 m hoher Berg mit zwei spitzen Gipfeln im westantarktischen Queen Elizabeth Land. In der Neptune Range ragt er am südöstlichen Ende des Gebirgskamms Gale Ridge auf, wo jener an das Washington Escarpment angrenzt.

Mount Dover is a mountain in Antarctica, 1,645 metres (5,400 ft) high, surmounting the southeast end of Gale Ridge where the ridge abuts the Washington Escarpment, in the Neptune Range, Pensacola Mountains. It was mapped by the United States Geological Survey from surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1956–66, and was named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names for James H. Dover, a geologist with the Patuxent Range field party in 1962–63.[1]
