Die Böhmisch-Mährische Höhe, tschechisch Českomoravská vrchovina oder auch Vysočina, ist eine etwa 10.000 Quadratkilometer umfassende Hochfläche im Süden der Tschechischen Republik, deren Westteil in Böhmen und deren Ostteil in Mähren liegt. Sie wird auch als Mährischer Rücken, Böhmisch-Mährischer Höhenrücken, Böhmisch-Mährische Hochfläche, Böhmisch-Mährisches Plateau, Böhmisch-Mährischer Höhenzug, Böhmisch-Mährischer Gebirgsrücken oder Böhmisch-Mährisches Bergland bezeichnet.
