Géographie

La montagne se situe sur la frontière entre l'Allemagne et l'Autriche. Il fait partie du chaînon septentrional, à l'ouest du Wörner.

Die Hochkarspitze ist ein 2482 m ü. A. hoher Berg im Karwendel an der Grenze zwischen Bayern und Tirol. Sie ist Teil der Nördlichen Karwendelkette, die am Gipfel des Wörner von Süden kommend nach Osten umschwenkt. Die Hochkarspitze liegt östlich des Wörnergipfels und ist der höchste Punkt des gemeinsam mit dem Wörner gebildeten Bergmassivs.

The Hochkarspitze is a 2,484 m high mountain in the Karwendel on the border between Bavaria and Tyrol. It is part of the Northern Karwendel Chain, which runs initially northwards before swinging east at the Wörner. The Hochkarspitze lies east of the Wörner summit and is the highest point of the massif that it forms jointly with the Wörner.
