Higa (spanish: La Higa) is a mountain in Monreal, Navarre, Spain, to the southeast of Pamplona. It marks the southern tip of the Alaitz mountain range, which forms part of the Pyrenees.

At the peak of La Higa (at 1,289 metres (4,229 ft)) can be found the hermitage of Santa Bárbara, the patron saint of Monreal. There is also a 50 KW repeater antenna for RNE. At the foot of the mountain is the village of Monreal, which forms part of the Camino de Santiago. In the past, Monreal was used as a hunting base by the Kings of Navarre.

La Higa de Monreal es la montaña que culmina por el noreste a la Sierra de Alaiz, situada al Sur-Este de Pamplona. En su cima a unos 1289 m de altura se encuentra una pequeña ermita que alberga a la patrona de la villa de Monreal, Santa Bárbara, un repetidor de televisión TDT de 1000 W de potencia (el principal de toda Navarra) perteneciente a Cellnex, otro de RNE de 50 kW, y hasta junio de 2011 otro de radio DAB. A sus pies se encuentra la villa de Monreal, punto de paso del Camino de Santiago, que en tiempos fue usada por los Reyes de Navarra, como residencia de caza.
