Die Care Heights sind eine Gruppe größtenteils vereister Gipfel und Bergrücken, die auf der Alexander-I.-Insel nördlich des Tufts-Passes bis zu 1500 m hoch aufragen und das südliche Ende der Rouen Mountains darstellen.

Erstmals aus der Luft fotografiert wurden sie bei der Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition (1947–1948) unter der Leitung des US-amerikanischen Polarforschers Finn Ronne. Diese Aufnahmen dienten 1960 dem britischen Geographen Derek Searle vom Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey der Kartierung. Weitere Positionsbestimmungen folgten mittels Luftaufnahmen der United States Navy zwischen 1966 und 1967 und durch Landsat-Aufnahmen im Januar 1974. Das UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee benannte die Care Heights 1977 nach Bernard William „Bernie“ Care (* 1951), Geologe des British Antarctic Survey auf der Stonington-Insel von 1973 bis 1975, auf der Adelaide-Insel von 1975 bis 1976 sowie auf der Alexander-I.-Insel von 1976 bis 1977.

Care Heights (.mw-parser-output .geo-default,.mw-parser-output .geo-dms,.mw-parser-output .geo-dec{display:inline}.mw-parser-output .geo-nondefault,.mw-parser-output .geo-multi-punct{display:none}.mw-parser-output .longitude,.mw-parser-output .latitude{white-space:nowrap}69°25′S 70°45′W) are a group of mostly ice-covered peaks and ridges, rising to about 1,500 metres (4,900 ft) north of Tufts Pass and forming the southern end of the Rouen Mountains, northern Alexander Island, Antarctica. The feature was photographed from the air by the Ronne Antarctic Research Expedition, 1947–48, and was mapped from these photographs by D. Searle of the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey, 1960. Further delineation was made from U.S. Navy aerial photographs taken 1966–67 and from U.S. Landsat imagery taken January 1974. The heights were named by the UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee in 1977 after Bernard W. Care, British Antarctic Survey geologist, who worked at Stonington Island, 1973–75; Adelaide Island and north Alexander Island, 1975–76 and 1976–77.
