Kiwayu (aussi Kiwayuu ou Kiwaihu) est une petite île de l'océan Indien, appartenant au Kenya et située dans l’est de l'archipel de Lamu dans la réserve naturelle maritime de Kiunga. Elle se situe à 10 km environ au nord de l’île de Pate. Une colline conique d’une hauteur de 47 m se trouve au centre de l’île[1].

Kiwayu (auch Kiwaihu) ist eine Insel der Lamu-Inselgruppe in Kenia und ist die einzige bewohnte Insel im Marine Park Kiunga National Marine Reserve.[1] Sie liegt etwa 10 km nördlich von Pate Island und ist an der engsten Stelle etwa 500 Meter vom Festland entfernt. Im Zentrum der Insel steht ein kegelförmiger Hügel, mit einer Erhebung von 47 Metern.[2]

Kiwayuu (alternative spelling Kiwayu) is a small island in the eastern part of the Lamu Archipelago in the Kiunga Marine National Reserve in Kenya. Its main economic activity is fishing, and there is one school, no clinic and one well on the island. Its main tourist attractions are the tidal pools and snorkeling/diving pools on its eastern side, in the Indian Ocean.
