St Helen’s (kornisch: Enys Elidius) gehört zu den Scilly-Inseln und liegt 500 m nordwestlich von Teän und 1,5 km nordöstlich von Tresco. Der höchste Punkt der 20 Hektar großen, unbewohnten Insel liegt 42 m über dem Meeresspiegel.

St Helen's (Cornish: Enys Elyd[1] or Enys Elidius[2]) is one of the fifty or so uninhabited islands in the archipelago of the Isles of Scilly and has an approximate area of 0.1885 square kilometres (46.6 acres). On the south side of the island is one of the earliest Christian sites in Scilly, an early medieval religious complex, which is thought to be the remains of St Elidius Hermitage, an 8th-century chapel lived in by Saint Lide, (also known as Elid or Elidius). There are also the remains of an isolation hospital used to quarantine sailors with plague. The island is the major part of a Site of Special Scientific Interest[3][4] and some features have been given the designation of scheduled ancient monument.[5] Access to the island is through chartered or private boat,[6] although there are some season trips throughout the summer.[7] St Helen's is currently managed by the Isles of Scilly Wildlife Trust.

L'isola costituisce il nucleo principale di un "Sito di Speciale Interesse Scientifico" (SSSI)[2][3] e alcune sue emergenze sono state classificate come monumenti antichi di importanza nazionale.[4] L'isola è raggiungibile con imbarcazioni a noleggio o private,[5] sebbene in estate ci siano alcune corse di linea.[6] St Helen's ricade sotto la gestione dell'Isles of Scilly Wildlife Trust.
