Ufsøy (sinngemäß aus dem Norwegischen übersetzt Klippeninsel, englisch Ufs Island) ist eine 3 km breite und felsige Insel vor der Küste des ostantarktischen Mac-Robertson-Lands. Sie liegt im östlichen Teil der Howard Bay.

Teilnehmer der British Australian and New Zealand Antarctic Research Expedition (1929–1931) unter der Leitung des australischen Polarforschers Douglas Mawson entdeckten im Februar 1931 Kap Simpson am nördlichen Ende der Insel. Norwegische Kartografen, die auch die deskriptive Benennung vornahmen, entdeckten bei der Auswertung von Luftaufnahmen, die bei der Lars-Christensen-Expedition 1936/37 entstanden, dass es sich um eine Insel handelt.

Ufs Island (.mw-parser-output .geo-default,.mw-parser-output .geo-dms,.mw-parser-output .geo-dec{display:inline}.mw-parser-output .geo-nondefault,.mw-parser-output .geo-multi-punct{display:none}.mw-parser-output .longitude,.mw-parser-output .latitude{white-space:nowrap}67°28′S 61°8′E) is a rocky island 3.2 km (2 mi) wide, lying in the east part of Howard Bay, Antarctica, just north of the Lachal Bluffs, and about 4 km (2.5 mi) west of Allison Bay. Cape Simpson, the north end of this island, was discovered by the British Australian New Zealand Antarctic Research Expedition (BANZARE) under Mawson in February 1931, but the feature's insularity was first recognized by Norwegian cartographers working from aerial photographs taken by the Lars Christensen Expedition, 1936–37. They named it Ufsoy (bluff island).
