Tinhosa Grande ist ein zum Inselstaat São Tomé und Príncipe gehörendes, unbewohntes Eiland von etwa zwanzig Hektar Fläche im Golf von Guinea. Das Eiland befindet sich 123 Kilometer nordwestlich der Hauptinsel São Tomé und 23 Kilometer südwestlich der zweitgrößten Insel Príncipe. 4,2 km nördlich von Tinhosa Grande befindet sich die kleinere Insel Tinhosa Pequena.

Die Vegetation der kleinen Insel wird von trockenem Grasland dominiert, Felsen ragen bis zu 40 Meter hoch. Die höchste Erhebung erreicht 55 Meter.[1] Das Eiland ist deutlich von Principé aus zu erkennen und manchmal auch von São Tomé.

Tinhosa Grande is an uninhabited islet in São Tomé and Príncipe, located 23 km (14 mi) southwest of the island of Príncipe and 124 km (77 mi) northeast of the island of São Tomé. Together with the smaller islet Tinhosa Pequena, 4 kilometers to its north, it forms the Pedras Tinhosas group. It is 55 metres high,[1] and its area is 20 hectares (49 acres).[2]

Тиньо́за-Гра́нде (порт. Tinhosa Grande) — небольшой необитаемый островок в Гвинейском заливе Атлантического океана. Расположен примерно в двадцати километрах к юго-западу от острова Принсипи, примерно в 2,5 км к югу от соседнего более крупного островка Тиньоза-Пекена, примерно в 110 км северо-восточнее острова Сан-Томе. Входит в состав округа Пагуи (государство Сан-Томе и Принсипи).
