Flounder Island (englisch für Flunderinsel) ist eine Insel vor der Graham-Küste des Grahamlands auf der Antarktischen Halbinsel. Sie ist die größte der Fish Islands an der Nordseite der Holtedahl Bay.

Kartiert wurde sie bei der British Graham Land Expedition (1934–1937) unter der Leitung des australischen Polarforschers John Rymill. Das UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee benannte sie 1959 in Anlehnung an die Benennung der Inselgruppe, zu der sie gehört.

It was charted by the British Graham Land Expedition under John Rymill, 1934–37, and so named by the UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee in 1959 after the flounder, in association with the Fish Islands.[1]
