Conway Island ist eine kleine Insel vor der Graham-Küste des Grahamlands auf der Antarktischen Halbinsel. Sie liegt westlich des Lens Peak in der Einfahrt zur Crates Bay, einer Nebenbucht der Holtedahl Bay.

Luftaufnahmen der Hunting Aerosurveys Ltd. aus den Jahren von 1956 bis 1957 dienten dem Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey für eine Kartierung. Das UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee benannte die Insel im Jahr 1959 nach dem britischen Bergsteiger William Martin Conway (1856–1937), der 1896 als Erster die Insel Spitzbergen auf Skiern durchquerte.

Conway Island (.mw-parser-output .geo-default,.mw-parser-output .geo-dms,.mw-parser-output .geo-dec{display:inline}.mw-parser-output .geo-nondefault,.mw-parser-output .geo-multi-punct{display:none}.mw-parser-output .longitude,.mw-parser-output .latitude{white-space:nowrap}66°8′S 65°28′W) lies in Crates Bay to the west of Lens Peak and facing Bregare Point, off the northeast coast of Stresher Peninsula, Graham Land. It was photographed by Hunting Aerosurveys Ltd in 1956–57, and mapped from these photos by the Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey. It was named by the UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee in 1959 for Martin Conway, 1st Baron Conway of Allington, an English mountaineer and a pioneer of polar skiing during his crossing of Vestspitsbergen in 1896.
