Uganik Island is an island lying just off the west coast of Kodiak Island in the Kodiak Archipelago of Alaska, United States. The island has a land area of 146.7 km² (56.64 sq mi)[1] and is uninhabited. However, salmon setnetters occupy fish camp sites along the island shore from June–September each year. The island comprises part of the Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge. Hunting and fishing are allowed seasonally, with a proper license.

Uganik Island ist eine Insel des Kodiak-Archipels in Alaska in den Vereinigten Staaten. Sie liegt in einer Bucht auf der Westseite von Kodiak Island. Die Insel ist 156,7 km² groß und unbewohnt.[1] Zwischen Juni und September ist Uganik die Heimat von Lachsfischern, die entlang der Strände ihre Lager aufschlagen. Jagen und Fischen ist auf ihr nur saisonal und mit einer speziellen Lizenz erlaubt. Die Insel gehört zum Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge.

Уганик (англ. Uganik Island) — остров в Кадьякском архипелаге. В административном отношении относится к боро Кадьяк-Айленд, штат Аляска, США. Расположен вблизи северо-западного побережья острова Кадьяк. Является частью национального резервата дикой природы Кадьяк. Впервые упомянут российским мореплавателем Лисянским в 1805 году, нанесён окончательно на карту русским гидрографом Михаилом Тебеньковым в 1852 году[1].
